Escaba Food Products Inc. was established by Rodolfo and Perla Escaba in 1974 with the aim of providing the market with products which preserves the natural goodness of fresh fruits abundant in the region. Escaba Sweets, the company's first product line, was introduces to the market with immense success. The company's dedication to quality and freshness made the brand name popular oth here and abroad.

Sustained growth of the organizatoin stimulated investment in advancements in food processing thus enabling the company to ocnstantly produce excellent preserves. In 2002, Escaba Food Products Inc., transferred production to its new factory in Sta. Ana, San Pablo, Laguna which boosts of customized production equipment. The company is devoted in improving production processes to fortify its stronghold as one of the country's leading innovators in food processing and to subsequently obtain its HACCP certification.
